This friendly, boutique island resort is situated on absolute beachfront and is surrounded by a tropical coconut plantation, just a ten minute ferry ride across the channel from the main town of Luganville.

The resort features 18 comfortable and well-appointed bungalows surrounded by lush tropical gardens and large, shady trees. Most bungalows are spread out along the beachfront and you can choose from Studio Bungalows ideal for couples and honeymooners or One Bedroom Bungalows featuring a separate living area and bedroom, perfect for families. Sit on the balcony of your bungalow, relax and take in the glorious views as you watch the world go by and listen to the water lapping on the shore.

At the centre of the resort is a Large Nakamal which houses a bar, restaurant and lounge area. The open-air restaurant has beautiful views across the channel and offers an All Day Dining Menu and a Specials Blackboard for lunch and dinner. The All Day Menu allows guests to enjoy a light meal, salad or a pizza at any time of the day. The specials change daily and include local delicacies such as the famous Santo Beef, lobster and local seafood.

At Aore Island Resort you can just relax or be active and adventurous. Laze around the pool, enjoy a Melanesian massage, explore the coastline in a kayak, discover the island on a mountain bike or snorkel right off the beach.

Diving can be arranged as well as tours to the Millennium Cave, Champagne Beach, Blue Holes, Custom Villages, River Canoeing trips and WWII historical sites.
